All of our products are FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All of our products are hand-crafted and quality tested by the raemae team. However, if you have a product that you believe to be incorrect or faulty, please directly send us an email at raemaestudio@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Please note that items that are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered as faulty.

Shipping Process

1. Once the order has been received, the team at raemaestudio will create and package your items with times varying between 2-3 days.
2. Orders will then be shipped out and will be received 2-4 days after placing in the mail.

International

raemaestudio ships internationally! Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout and vary depending on country and size of shipment.
