Thank you for supporting handmade. Each raemaestudio bracelet is thoughtfully handcrafted just for you, which means processing times may differ from mass-produced items.

Order Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–14 business days for your bracelet to be created before it is shipped.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment
International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. raemaestudio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

raemaestudio is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
