At raemaestudio, each bracelet is carefully crafted and packaged with love. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at raemaestudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized bracelets

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Lost or Stolen Packages

raemaestudio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
